Honesty before sales
If a R99 fix solves your problem, we say so instead of selling you a new website. Long-term clients are worth more than once-off invoices.
We’re a compact Cape Town studio with one speciality: focused one-page websites, hosting and care for owner-run businesses. No account managers, no jargon, no invoices you didn’t expect.
Our story
Internet Agency opened its (home-office) doors in 2018 after one conversation too many with a plumber who’d been quoted R40 000 for a website he didn’t understand and couldn’t update. He didn’t need forty pages. He needed his phone number, his services and his reviews on a fast page that worked on a phone.
That first build took four days and cost a fraction of the quotes he’d collected. He referred two friends. They referred more. Eight years later we’ve launched more than 140 sites for plumbers and painters, attorneys and therapists, salons and studios — most of whom we’re still looking after today.
We stayed deliberately small. Every client deals directly with the person designing or maintaining their site, which is why our support feels less like a ticket queue and more like phoning a colleague.
See What We’ve BuiltWhat we believe
If a R99 fix solves your problem, we say so instead of selling you a new website. Long-term clients are worth more than once-off invoices.
No acronyms unless you use them first. Quotes list exactly what you get. Reports explain what happened in sentences, not dashboards.
Fast pages, accessible markup and clean code aren’t luxuries — they’re why our sites rank well and keep working years later.
Domains registered in your name, files handed over, no lock-in contracts. We keep clients by being useful, not by building cages.
Why clients choose us
During business hours, a human picks up — usually someone who knows your site personally.
Many of our trades clients had never owned a website. We explain everything in terms of jobs, quotes and timelines.
Five working days means five working days. If something outside our control slips, you hear it early, not at deadline.
The number on your quote is the number on your invoice. Scope changes happen only if you ask for them.
Most of our clients stay with us for hosting and care plans — because the site keeps working and they never think about it.
We know what South African customers search for, how they browse, and which load-shedding-proof setups matter.
Fifteen minutes on the phone is usually enough for both of us to know. No pitch decks, just straight answers about your business online.
