Do you really operate 24/7?
Yes. A qualified plumber answers our emergency line day and night, including weekends and public holidays. After-hours call-outs do carry a surcharge, which we always confirm with you before dispatching a technician.
Which areas do you serve?
We cover the greater Cape Town area, including the CBD, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern and Northern Suburbs, Hout Bay, Milnerton and the Winelands corridor as far as Stellenbosch and Somerset West.
What does a call-out cost?
Standard call-outs during business hours start from R450, which includes diagnosis and a fixed written quote before any repair work begins. You approve the price upfront, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Every technician is a qualified plumber registered with PIRB and the Department of Labour, and our work is covered by R10 million public liability insurance. Our registration number appears on every quote and invoice.
When do I need a plumbing COC?
A Certificate of Conformity is legally required when selling or transferring a property, and whenever hot-water systems, drains or water installations are altered or extended. We inspect, rectify faults and issue valid certificates.
Do geyser installations carry a warranty?
Yes. New geysers come with up to a 5-year manufacturer warranty, and we guarantee our installation workmanship for 12 months, including all fittings, valves and pipework we touch.
