Do you charge a call-out fee?
For quoted work, no — the call-out is built into the job. If you only need a diagnosis and decide not to go ahead, a flat R385 assessment fee applies during business hours. After-hours emergencies are always quoted upfront before we roll.
How quickly can you get here in an emergency?

Do you issue Certificates of Compliance (CoC)?
Yes. We inspect, repair and certify installations for property transfers, insurance renewals and additions. You'll receive a written defect list first, then a fixed quote for anything that must be corrected before the certificate can legally be issued.
Can you sort out load shedding for my house?
It's become one of our most-requested services. We install inverters, batteries and changeover switches, and we size the system around the circuits you genuinely need — no overselling hardware you'll never use.
How does payment work?
Small jobs are payable on completion via EFT or card. Larger installations take a deposit to cover materials, with the balance due once you've inspected the finished work. Every invoice includes photos of what was done and, where applicable, your CoC.
