Local knowledge
We know Secunda's stands, soils, municipal processes and suppliers — which saves you time and money.

FAQ
Answers before you even ask
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Site visits and written quotes are free anywhere in Secunda and surrounds. We measure up, discuss options with you, and give you a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
Which areas do you work in?
We are based in Secunda and work across the Govan Mbeki municipal area — eMbalenhle, Evander, Trichardt, Kinross and Charl Cilliers — and take projects further afield in Mpumalanga by arrangement.
Do you supply the materials?
Yes, we can supply everything through local suppliers at cost plus handling — or you are welcome to buy materials yourself and we will build labour-only. Whichever suits your budget.
How do payments work?
A deposit secures your place in the schedule and covers initial materials, then progress payments at agreed stages. You always know what is due and when — no surprises.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. From a leaking roof or cracked wall to full home builds, no job is too small. Small repairs can often be quoted from photos sent on WhatsApp.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All workmanship carries a guarantee, and we only use SABS-approved materials from reputable suppliers. If something is not right, we come back and make it right.
