Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed as quickly as possible and delivery confirmed by way of email. All deliveries sent by registered courier company, unless otherwise specified.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Internet Agency is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Internet Agency will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
Customers are requested to inspect all goods upon arrival. All products are inspected before being posted to the customer and are guaranteed to be in working order.
If for any reason the goods are not in working order or damaged upon arrival, the customer must inform Internet Agency in writing within 3 working days and the product must be mailed back to us for replacement along with a copy of the original receipt.

Payment options accepted / Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Internet Agency via PayFast (Pty) Ltd. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption including 3D secure. Go to PayFast for more information.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Internet Agency chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
